Royal Pet Qatar is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information. – If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
– Feed and Feed Additives: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase, accompanied by the original purchase receipt and in original, resealable packaging. – Accessories: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by the original purchase receipt and in original, resalable packaging. – General Conditions: Damaged, used, or non-original packaging products are not eligible for return or exchange. – Sale items and discounted products are non-returnable and non-refundable. – Returns or exchanges for online purchases must be arranged through customer support, and customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. – Refunds will be issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
6. Refund Policy
– Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days after inspection. – Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. – For cash-on-delivery (COD) payments, refunds may be issued as a store credit or bank transfer. – Shipping fees are non-refundable. – Refunds for purchases made with gift cards or store credit will be refunded as store credit.
